Host permission justification for Chrome Web Store:
The packaged content script adds an Insert PicToPC photos button to eBay listing-editor pages on these marketplaces. A real user click transfers the selected photo group and explicitly selected listing details from the user's open PicToPC library into the current draft. Access is limited to the declared HTTPS listing routes and PicToPC library. It does not read unrelated browsing pages or publish listings. Regional Belgian and Canadian hostnames cover their language-specific editors.

Outside UK hosts, listing detail options start unchecked because field matching uses English labels and price autofill supports GBP only. Photo transfer remains available.

Verification: 42-host DOM fixtures, native uploader host acceptance, translated heading and unique-uploader fallback, spoof-domain rejection, existing protocol/security/description/price/quantity and marketplace regressions. Live editor acceptance has not been tested on every marketplace.
