PicToPC 0.7.8 — Facebook GBP price rounding

Observed on the live Facebook UK item editor: entering 39.99 by normal UI input becomes £40, including in the listing preview. The saved PicToPC item was £39.99. The previous exact-pence check correctly stopped this difference but prevented the media transfer.

The optional Facebook Set price control now explicitly says prices round to the nearest whole pound. It stays off by default. When selected, the adapter rounds before filling and validates the exact rounded amount. The original PicToPC price is unchanged. A warning shows the old and new price during preparation and after insertion. No positive amount may round to Free. Other wrong, blank or invalid amounts still stop the upload. eBay retains its original pence.

Verified live Facebook input behavior and offline regression checks covering decimal boundaries, permission flag, no accidental zero, existing price formatting, photo/video safety and overlay/popup behavior. No listing published. This package has not been submitted to the Chrome Web Store.

Reload the unpacked extension, refresh Facebook and PicToPC, then select the group again.
