Photo limits reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Deleting photos does not reset your allowance. Ultra has no photo-count limit.
Your plan when you upload sets the storage time. Changing plans does not change the expiry of existing photos. Download anything you want to keep. Photos can be up to 200 MB; paid-plan videos can be up to 1 minute and 80 MB.
