What do my referred customers get?+
New customers receive two calendar months of Standard free from email confirmation, with no card required. They return to Free afterwards unless they choose a subscription. The offer applies once per new customer, and your commission year starts with their first actual payment.
What if someone starts free and upgrades later?+
Their original valid referral is saved on their account when they sign up. A later upgrade still credits you. The first paid year starts with their first successful subscription payment, not their free signup.
How long does the 20% commission last?+
After the first paid year, you earn 20% of eligible subscription payments for the life of that customer’s paid subscription, under the programme terms. Free access and cancelled or failed payments do not earn commission.
Does this work with Standard and Ultra?+
Yes. The same 50% first-year and 20% ongoing rates apply to eligible monthly and annual payments for both Standard and Ultra. Commission is based on GBP amounts actually received, excluding tax, discounts, refunds and chargebacks.
How are referrals tracked?+
With permission, a first-party cookie remembers the first valid affiliate link for 30 days on that browser, without extending on repeat visits. Customers can change or clear the selected code before signup. Without cookies, they can use your link or enter your code directly. After signup, the referral stays with their account. Existing accounts cannot add it retrospectively.
When can I get paid?+
Once your available earnings reach £50, save your PayPal email and request a payout from your dashboard. Requests are reviewed and paid manually; there is no guaranteed payment date. Balances below £50 carry forward.
Can I see my referrals’ personal information?+
Your dashboard shows aggregate referral and earnings figures. It does not reveal customer email addresses or private photo libraries.
