Privacy & photo retention
PicToPC is a temporary bridge between taking product photos and downloading them to your computer.
What we store
Your account uses an email address, a securely managed password and your display name. Your library contains the photos you upload, batch and item titles, SKUs, storage locations and notes you add.
Your library is private
You must log in to access your library. Photo storage and database rules check account ownership. Other PicToPC users cannot browse your photos or item details. Use a unique password and log out on shared computers.
Photos expire after 30 days
Each photo becomes unavailable 30 days after its upload time. Automatic cleanup runs hourly to remove expired files and their photo records. Processing delays or service interruptions can delay physical deletion; expired photos remain inaccessible through your account.
Download anything you want to keep before it expires. Downloads are saved on your device and are not removed by PicToPC’s cleanup. Your account and item details remain until separately removed; PicToPC is not a photo backup service.
Deleting photos yourself
Select photos, a whole item or your full library, then choose Delete. We show a confirmation before permanently removing the selected files. Deletion cannot be undone.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Supabase provides authentication, the database and private photo storage. These providers may retain operational logs and backups according to their own retention policies; the 30-day rule describes access and removal from PicToPC’s active photo library.
Browser storage
PicToPC stores your login session in your browser so you can stay signed in. We do not add advertising trackers. The public sample library uses example photos and is separate from your private account.
PicToPC is operated by Continue Technology. Contact details are available at Continue Technology.
