Add photos and condition notes to an Amazon UK used offer

A used offer needs details about the exact item you are selling. Clear photos and a useful condition note help explain marks, missing parts and what is included.

PicToPC supports the Amazon UK Seller Central Add offer page. This guide covers that offer flow, where the item needs a Used condition to add offer photos or a condition note.

Check the product and its real condition

Make sure the Amazon product page matches your item’s model and version before adding an offer. A similar-looking product may have different parts or features.

Choose the condition that fits the item. Amazon has condition rules and category limits, so check those for your product. Do not label a new item as used just to make an upload field appear.

Prepare the offer in PicToPC

Keep one item’s photos together and add its SKU, GBP price and condition note. The SKU sent to Amazon excludes your warehouse location.

Use the note to describe the actual item. For example: “Light marks on the top. Tested and working. Includes power lead and remote. No original box.” Only say an item has been tested if you checked it.

  • Show the whole item.
  • Include close-ups of visible wear.
  • Show the parts supplied with it.
  • Keep the note consistent with the photos.

Choose the Used grade before photos

For photos or a condition note, choose the correct Used grade in the supported offer form: Like New, Very Good, Good or Acceptable. A general “Used” label is not enough to guess the right grade.

If you are making a New offer, leave photos and the condition note out of the PicToPC selection. Fill only the details that apply to that offer.

Fill the offer and add the images

  1. Get the latest PicToPC Chrome extension.
  2. Select your item and choose Send to marketplace in the library.
  3. Open the matching Amazon UK Add offer page.
  4. Use Fill Amazon offer with PicToPC at the bottom right.
  5. Check the SKU, price, condition and note, then wait for the images to finish.

This upload flow needs an empty offer image section. It supports up to six photos, each below 10 MB, and does not add video. If photos are already present or an upload is still running, finish or clear that work before inserting a new group.

If you have more than six photos, choose the six that best explain the item. Check the main image after upload.

Review the parts only you can choose

Choose your fulfilment method and complete any other required fields in Seller Central. Check the GBP price and make sure the condition grade matches the note.

PicToPC prepares the offer fields; it does not press Submit. Review Amazon’s form and any warnings before you send the offer.
